Yeah, Chewbacca.
Don't want some one entering a gummie worm.

Only 3 days left of this month. Should we lock in these 4 catagories and get this show on the road?

Once the minor issue of "how to e-mail page to J1m" is solved, I think using Dianthus' page as a template shouldn't be too complicated (famous last words, I'm sure).
What are the start-finish dates? Are we looking at February 1st-March 31st or closer to the middle of the months?
Also, it'd help a lot if you could type out short descriptions for each category.

Are we including The Clone Wars in the E.U. category or excluding it?

I would exclude it. EU should cover Star wars OUTSIDE of tv shows and movies. Besides, Clone Wars can be it's own catagory and expanding into scene recreations.

Okay, I think I've finally got the page in the right format and everything where/how it should be. Mind looking it over, guys? www.angelfire.com/theforce/empyawards/other/BCA/12-test-5.htmlIt'd be best if we catch any mistakes before it's sent to J1m to be uploaded. The ads at the top of the page are Angelfire's, they won't appear on the page once its on J1m's server. They are also what's pushing the side bar down, so ignore them. I haven't touched the code for the side bar, so all should be exactly as it is on the current BCA page. Images on the side bar aren't loading only because it's on Angelfire for the preview. No word yet from the sponsors with final confirmation on overseas shipping or banners, so I've thrown a couple together to act as space holders for the time being.

J1m raised a question I wanted to check here before trying to answer.
We've had Return of the Jedi scene recreation as a category before. May entrants re-submit pictures for this category that were entered previously?

I submitted my BCA12-1 entries. Sort of a test too because I have never sent pics via flickr links. If there is any thing I can do to help, let me know. I am not experienced in most areas of the BCA's but am willing to learn.

I think advertising is an area that needs a lot of attention right now. It'd be great if we could bring in some new people and maybe even a few of those who used to compete but have since left.
It might be worthwhile contacting sites like Galactic Binder to see if they'd be willing to post a "news"-type link on their page. I also have some e-mail addresses for some of the members who were active with BCA when it first started. Maybe a little nudging could bring one or two back.
