Looks like WOSW is several steps closer to not existing at all.
I've begun removing the WOSW links from the BCA page. I've left the Credits linked still, for this upload, but I've removed the links of the entrants' names & avatars. If WOSW doesn't make a miraculous recovery, the Credits links to WOSW will be removed before the next upload.
Am I right in assuming that these categories will be public judged at Watto's, like last competition?

I think the same set up will be fine. Once the contest is closed, I will set it up in the same fashion as before, polls.

Seems that the E.U. catagory is stirring up alot of questions. Should the figures from the video games be included? I would say yes. I think we have agreed that any thing NOT in T.V. or movies covers the Expanded Universe.

I agree, traditionally all video games were considered part of the E.U. I think we're best off keeping it that way for this competition.

Should I set the voting polls up the same as the last?

Yes, please. The last entry received was Xaos' Fast Food entry. None other is in the BCA e-mail. Though technically I guess there is a bit of time left for someone to slip under the wire with an entry.

There are no last minute entries. Those on the BCA page are all that were received.
Are we using the 1 win per person rule this competition or will we just limit prizes should someone win multiple categories, if need be?

Looks like we won't have to worry about the one prize rule this round.
I am not a big fan of the one prize rule any way. It is called The Best Collection Awards, not the runner up awards because someone already won one catagory awards.

A few ideas J1m suggested, to add to the list of possibilities.
jed1_j1m : Perhaps go for a character one? Han Solo? best collection of related items? Celebration items? Store displays? Pins? Patches? Art? Picture books? Rarest item? Best item you picked up for under $20

I am thinking we should use most of James' ideas. Should we throw in Best over Collection this time?

It's been awhile since we did a Best Overall Collection, I think. Now is as good a time to re-do it as any.
How many categories are we trying for this time?

How about 5 including Best Overall?

Should we go with these: Best item you picked up for under $20 Best Han Solo Collection Best Collection of Store displays Best Over All Collection And, should we do worst sculpt, scene recreation or come up with 5 different catagories?

I'm fine with those 4.
Unless we can come up with someone/something with a few really bad sculpts out there, I think we might be facing another 1 or no entry category again.
